Aquent conducted a comprehensive survey of over 5,000 global creative, marketing, and design professionals that spanned North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. The survey culminated in an insight report and campaign that delved into the traits of high-performing teams and their adaptability in today’s dynamic digital landscape called The Renaissance of Teamwork.
We partnered with Aquent’s Global Marketing Team to distill numerous pivotal insights into a report structured across three chapters, delving into the essence of high performance, the integration of innovation and AI, and the evolving dynamics of teamwork within both physical and remote work environments. These insights directed the report and campaign narrative.
The Renaissance of Teamwork was launched through a comprehensive 360º lead generation campaign that targeted executives and hiring managers within Fortune 500 companies.
What does it take to have a high-performing team today? And what about tomorrow?
The Talent Insights report reveals a seismic shift in contemporary creative, marketing, and design team dynamics, encompassing changes in work location, technology, and our global landscape. This juncture presents an opportunity akin to a rebirth in digital design, creativity, and marketing as we perceive them.
In drawing parallels to the idea of rebirth, we discover resonance with the essence of the Renaissance—an epoch characterized by the fusion of art and technology, marking a profound turning point in history. Today, we find ourselves on the cusp of yet another transformative era.
This revelation inspired our big idea: The Renaissance of Teamwork.
To bring this concept to fruition, we crafted a compelling visual narrative imbued with the timeless elegance of 14th-century masterpieces. Taking cues from classical artistry, we infused each oil painting with a contemporary twist, seamlessly integrating modern devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and VR goggles. This synthesis of past and present not only sparks curiosity but also nurtures a synergy between tradition and innovation.
We used generative AI with traditional digital design processes and methods to create the paintings.
The report was launched via Aquent-owned channels and promoted across the Aquent digital brand ecosystem. This multi-faceted approach drove traffic to a dedicated landing page with a lead generation form. No paid media was used.
